摘 要:
以蚂蚱腿子幼嫩带芽茎段为外植体, 通过对其芽启动诱导、继代增殖及生根诱导培养基的筛选, 建立了蚂蚱腿子的离体快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明: 最适腋芽诱导培养基为B5+1.0 mg•L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg•L-1 IBA, 外植体诱导萌发率达80.0%; 最适增殖培养基为B5+1.0 mg•L-1 6-BA+0.3 mg•L-1 IBA, 增殖系数可达7.6; 最佳生根培养基为1/2 B5+0.1 mg•L-1 IBA+0.1 mg•L-1 NAA, 生根率可达93.3%, 平均主根数量达11.2条。炼苗后, 移栽于珍珠岩和蛭石(1:1, V/V)或腐殖土和河沙(2:1, V/V)混合基质中, 成活率均达90%以上。关键词:蚂蚱腿子; 带芽茎段; 组织培养; 快速繁殖

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to develop a fast, in vitro reproduction system for Myripnois dioica. Segments of tender stems were used as the explants. Various culture media were tested for inducing axillary buds and roots and for shoot multiplication. The results show that B5+1.0 mg•L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg•L-1 IBA was the optimal culture medium for inducing axillary buds with a success rate of 80%. The optimal culture medium for shoot proliferation was B5+1.0 mg•L-1 6-BA+0.3 mg•L-1 IBA, which resulted in a multiplication coefficient of 7.6. The optimal culture medium for root induction was 1/2 B5+0.1mg•L-1 IBA+0.1 mg•L-1 NAA. The rooting rate was 93.3%. After being transplanted into a mixture of pearlite and vermiculite (1:1, V/V) or humus and sand (2:1, V/V), the survival rate of the plantlets was above 90%.Key words: Myripnois dioica; stem segment with axillary bud; tissue culture; rapid propagation
